Oxidized Ruthenium Titanium Anodes
Because of a very flexible production facility, we are able to manufacture anodes of all types: sheet, plate, mesh, wire, rod, tubular or combinations and/or assemblies of these materials. Their size and number vary from several cm2 to 2 m2 and from 1 to 10,000 pieces. The process in which the anodes are used determines size, shape and coating specification of an anode.
Important parameters determining the anode design are:
The electrochemical cell or installation wherein the anodes are used
The process conditions, such as electrolyte composition, temperature, current density, design life, etc.
Mechanical load of the anode
Capacity of electrical conductivity of the base material.
All anodes are produced according to customer specifications. When these specifications are not yet completely determined, our engineers are pleased to use their knowledge and experience to finalise the design together with the customer.

The titanium-based platinum brush coating process coats a layer of platinum-containing compound on the titanium base.

Platinum plated anode is a good choice for noble metal plating anodes and other high oxygen evolution over potential environment.

Q: Do you manufacture your products in house?
A: Most of our products are manufactured in-house at our factory.Some accessory items are not.
Q: Can I get the riser on my L-shaped aquaculture heater longer/shorter?
A: Yes.There is no price difference for making a heater with a middle riser,but there maybe a cost adder for a longer riser.
Q: What Third Party Approvals do your products carry(CE?)
A: Almost all of our products are CE compliant.
Q: How late can you ship?
A: Normally 7 days after comfirmed the order.
PACKING & SHIPPING
In our company,various packing methods are adopted according to different product features,such as carton boxes,wooden case etc.For electroplating plant equipment ,we can discuss it together and choose the most suitable one.
As for shipment,different ways have their own advantage and disadvantage:
By sea: the cheapest,suitable for large amounts,but take more time
By Air: faster, more convenient, expensive
By Express: more flexiable, door to door, expensive
