1. USAGE: Inert to most aqueous acid, alkaline, anodizing and pickling solutions.
2. Outstanding Performance: Low wat density design( 10 watts/square inch, 1.5 w/cm2 ) for long service life.
3. Safety Heater Head: flame retardant head
4. Safety Features: all heaters matched with overheat protection switch with temperature of 95 or 105 degree Celsius or PT100 temperature sensor.
5. Certification:CE & ISO9001:2008
6. Size: 1000watts to 6000 watts.
7. Voltage:220V-480V

over-the-side immersion heater/Hot Zone should Immersed into liquid.

• Polypropylene guards*: recommended for applications up to 180°F (82°C).
• Fluoropolymer (PTFE) guards recommended for chromic acid or solutions over 180°F (82°C).

A: Yes.There is no price difference for making a heater with a middle riser,but there maybe a cost adder for a longer riser.
