1. USAGE: Inert to most aqueous acid, alkaline, anodizing and pickling solutions.
2. Outstanding Performance: Low wat density design( 10 watts/square inch, 1.5 w/cm2 ) for long service life.
3.Safety Heater Head: flame retardant head
4. Safety Features: all heaters matched with overheat protection switch with temperature of 95 or 105 degree Celsius or PT100 temperature sensor.
5.Certification:CE & ISO9001:2008
6.Size: 2000watts to 15000 watts.
7.Voltage:220V-480V

over-the-side immersion heater/Hot Zone should Immersed into liquid.

 

FEATURES:

 

1. PTFE sleeved 304 stainless elements inert to most solutions up to 212°F (100°C).

Low watt density design 10 watts/square inch (1.5w/cm²).

4 foot (1.2m) continuous fluoropolymer (PTFE) cable leading to a vapor resistant terminal enclosure and 3 ft (.9m) flexible PVC liquid tight conduit.

Grounded internal metal element and built in thermal protector.
