Key Material & Structural Features
Full PTFE Anti-corrosion Body
The tank body is made of high-purity PTFE (Teflon) with outstanding chemical inertness. It resists almost all corrosive liquids including hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid and mixed etching solutions, with a working temperature range from -20℃ to 260℃. The integrated seamless welding structure avoids liquid leakage, peeling and contamination, ensuring ultra-clean process environment. Optional double-layer structure (inner PTFE + outer PP/SS frame) enhances overall stability and durability.
Integrated PTFE Heating System
Equipped with dedicated PTFE immersion or frame-type heaters, the heating element is fully covered by PTFE layer, achieving direct contact heating with chemical liquid without chemical reaction or pollution. The heater features fast heating speed, even temperature distribution and long service life, perfectly solving the corrosion problem of traditional metal heaters in etching fluid.
Intelligent Constant Temperature Control System
Matched with high-precision digital temperature controller and high-sensitivity temperature sensor, the system supports precise temperature adjustment within 0-100℃. It realizes automatic constant temperature, over-temperature alarm and power-off protection functions, effectively preventing solution overheating and ensuring consistent etching quality in mass production.
